Overview

A local guide platform curating 90+ spaces (cafes, restaurants, pop-up stores) across 14 categories in Seongsu-dong. Built on a Django plugin event architecture (6 independent plugins communicating via Django Signals), with Kakao social login (JWT), FCM push notifications, location-based search, and a tour planner. Venue data stays fresh via automated Naver crawling.

Tech Stack

The Challenge

  • 1Scattered info — 90+ venue data fragmented across SNS, blogs, and portals
  • 2Freshness — tracking pop-up openings, closings, and hours is difficult
  • 3Tour planning — static place lists with no route optimization
  • 4Retention — driving repeat visits beyond one-off browsing

Our Solution

  • Curated DB of 90+ spaces — cafes, restaurants, pop-ups across 14 categories
  • AI tour recommendation — personalized routes by time, theme, and distance
  • Django plugin architecture — 6 independent plugins, Signals-based events
  • Kakao login & FCM push — social auth (JWT) and notification-driven retention
